Pickup from our yard in West Ballina is available between 07:00 – 08:00 on the morning of your booking.
If your vehicle does not meet the required towing capacity (2.5 tonne braked), we offer delivery within 15km for a standard $95 float fee (includes pickup + drop-off).
If you’re located more than 15km from our depot, we’ll calculate a custom delivery quote for you.

A $50 deposit is required to secure your booking date.
The remaining balance is paid on collection of the machine via card or cash.
You can pickup the machine between 07:00 - 08:00 on the day of your hire. The machine must be returned before 5pm the same day to ensure checks and maintenance can be performed prior to the next days hire. If you are getting the machine delivered we will aim to have your machine onsite before 08:30 and will return to collect at 16:30 (4:30pm) Each day hire period has a maximum hour metre allowance of 7hrs, if the hour meter exceeds the daily allowance additional hours will be charged at $40 per additional hour, this means a weekend hire has a maximum 14hr operating allowance. Multi day hires are available and the machine can remain on your site overnight if necessary.
No special licence is required.
We provide a quick and simple handover demonstration at pickup or delivery to ensure you’re confident operating the machine safely and will provide access to video tutorials on how to operate the machine.
The machine must be returned full of diesel and in a reasonably clean condition.
Excessive mud or debris may incur a cleaning fee.
If returned low or empty, refuel charges will apply.
If you cancel more than 24 hours before your hire date, your $50 deposit is fully refunded.
If cancellation is due to poor weather, just send a text or call on the morning of hire to confirm the booking is cancelled.
We offer an optional daily “Insurance Excess Waiver” that covers you for accidental damage to the machine during the hire period. This small daily fee removes the risk of you being liable for the full damage excess (standard minimum excess is $5,000).
All operators must understand that they are fully responsible for the safe use and operation of the machine throughout the hire period. Any damage caused through incorrect use, operator error, or negligence remains the responsibility of the hirer.
